Yes, it's very obvious that  it is  missing one of its  googly eyes ,but you could easily fix that. No other chips or cracks.One  scuff on the back of it's hat. It is made out of a plastic resin. It is still adorable as can be ! Measures at 4.5 X 5 inches . It weighs  6.3 oz . Sold as is.
