    I found this Old, American Flyer, 423, O-Gauge, 2-4-4 Engine in a "Junk Box" at a local Swap Meet. I don't know if it runs or not. It's not in Bad Shape! Most of it's Parts are there. If you are Restoring a 423 Engine this Engine is for you! It is not Rusted Out. The Running Gear is all there and un-rusted, the Brass Gear is all there. The Body is in Poor Condition. One Drive Wheel is Flaking Apart, The others look OK. The wheels on the front truck are flaking also. The Back Truck is missing one set of Wheels. Everything else looks Good.
